White Birch wood veneer edgebanding non-glued 1/40” approximate thickness. This is the ideal product to cover edges and other surfaces. It is a very durable and long lasting bond. This product doesn’t have adhesive and can be applied manually by hand or with an automatic edgebander for our industrial customers. For manual hand application almost any adhesive can be used, though some may require clamping and pressure. A two sided PSA peel and stick pressure sensitive adhesive tape can also be used, which is sold separately in our tools and adhesives section. It is available in a wide range of widths and lengths. When choosing edgebanding widths, it is best to use a size that is slightly over the size that needs to be covered, although it is possible to use the exact size, but can be difficult to align with the edge or other surface. Also, we have a very popular and handy edgeband trimmer tool and wood veneer scraper. These are helpful, but not necessary to apply this product. These can also be found in the tools and adhesives section. There is a thin see through fleece backing that holds the product together at the joint, called a finger joint. Most joints blend well. Most any finish or stain can be applied to this product. Photos are representative of the color and grain and will vary since this is a natural product. Sizes available are approximate 1/2″ – 6″. This product usually ships within 24 hours.
